Every site holds a possibility: in the fall of the land, a view opening between trees, or the path of the afternoon sun. For us, Real Estate Revival means recognising that potential and giving it form. We develop our own properties on the eastern shores of Lake Balaton, choosing locations with far-reaching views. From acquisition and design through project management, construction and sale, we oversee the whole process. This continuity keeps the original idea present in every decision, creating homes that belong to their setting and feel right to live in.
Sculpture and painting inform the way we approach architecture. We consider the balance of volumes, the character of surfaces and the conversation between materials. A distinctive form or a carefully chosen work of art can give a room its identity. At other times, leaving space is what allows its finest qualities to emerge.

RER Kft. brings two generations together in a family business. We draw on different experience and notice different things; our decisions are stronger for that exchange. Taking the long view also means taking personal responsibility for what we build. We want to create houses we can look back on with pride, while leaving room for their owners to make a life of their own.
